How does recruiting work?
We find, screen, and connect you with professional content creators seeking both part-time and full-time employment opportunities.
Are there any hidden or setup fees?
No! We do not have any hidden fees. We get paid the first month salary. That's it. :)
Do I pay the new hire through you?
You pay your creator directly just like any other employee or contractor. We get paid the first month salary as soon as the creator signs their contract with you.
Will I have to interview everyone you choose?
We shortlist the best candidates for the position and run them by you. After you choose your top picks, we will set up an interview with each creator.
What if it doesn’t work out with the creator? Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds, but we will create a new job listing on your behalf and help you find new candidates up to 3 months after we start working together.
